Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media graphics, email templates, and web graphics.
  • Ensure all graphics are consistent with the hotel’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Capture high-quality photographs of the hotel’s interior, exterior, guest rooms, amenities, events, and other areas as needed.
  • Edit and retouch photos to meet the hotel’s standards and enhance visual appeal.
  • Manage and organize the hotel’s photo library, ensuring easy access and retrieval of images.
  • Work with the marketing team to plan and execute photo shoots that align with marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Assist in the creation of video content for promotional purposes.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative ideas for marketing initiatives.
  • Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Liaise with print vendors, photographers, and other external partners to ensure high-quality production of marketing materials.
  • Provide support to other team members as needed, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are completed to the highest standards.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer with photography skills, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Chatgpt).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
  • Excellent attention to detail and creative skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Associate Director of Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Supervises Sales managers.
  • Determines annual and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volumes and profit.
  • Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Always greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Good knowledge of the menu and presentation standards.
  • Speak with guests and staff using clear and professional language and answer phone calls using appropriate telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to anticipate unexpected guest needs and react promptly and tactfully.
  • Apply service techniques correctly and serve Food & Beverage items with enthusiasm.
  • Set tables according to type of event and service standards.
  • Record transactions/ orders in Point of Sales systems at the time of order.
  • Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, any additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs and special requests.
  • Take feedback from guests to ensure satisfaction with the meal and service.
  • Responsible for clearing, collecting and returning food and beverage items to the designated area.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc. throughout the shift.
  • Review K.O.T ensuring accurate and timely preparations for order requirements.
  • Present accurate final bill to guest and process payment.
  • Ensure that hotel brand standards and SOP’s are consistently implemented.
  • Any other duties related to food and beverage service assigned by the Supervisor.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Preferably BHM/ diploma in culinary arts with 2-3 years’ experience in similar position.
  • Organizing and leadership skills.
  • A good team player with the ability to handle pressure and work during odd hours.
  • Positive and pleasant attitude.
  • Excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • To prepare, cook and serve any food delegated as your responsibility ensuring that the highest possible quality is maintained and that agreed standards for food preparation and presentation are met at all times.
  • To receive food store requisitions.
  • Prepare all mis-en–place as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Supervise Commis II and Commis III in day to day operations.
  • To check stock and make order sufficiently as per business volume.
  • Reduce wastage and spoilage.
  • To keep all working areas clean and tidy, to maintain high hygiene standards required by law and company policy.
  • To maintain effective communication with other section in the kitchen and F&B department.
  • Follow & implement the company policies & procedures.
  • Implement any other duties assigned by the department head.

Required skills and qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar kind of role.
  • Specialized in Indian or Continental cuisine section.
  • A good leader and team player.
  • Can work and supervise staff under pressure.
  • Can work during odd hours and night shift.
  • Passion to learn and grow.
