Hotel Shambala is the perfect hotel in the center of Kathmandu. The staff were all professional and friendly. There is not one staff who won’t greet you or smile at you. HS took care of my needs as I stayed there for 7 nights. The rooftop restaurant is an amazing place to enjoy breakfast or lunch. The breathtaking views added to the enjoyment of my meal. The spa, oh my goodness! Is one reason I booked here. I will definitely return to HS.

We have stayed three nights at the Shambala in Kathmandu and it was a very enjoyable experience throughout! It’s a nice, clean hotel with great facilities, i.e. very good restaurant, rooftop bar & pool, great Spa but more than anything the people make the difference at Shambala. All of the staff is extraordinarily friendly, helpful and attentive. I want to particularly mention Jeni, Ashmita and Sudeep, who have made our stay a truly memorable one.

We were so pleased with our lodging here. The hotel is lovely, with two restaurants (one on the rooftop) and a swimming pool. The food was great. The service was above and beyond. I became ill while there, and they arranged for a doctor and nurse to come to my room (unbelievably at the price of $40). They checked on me several times, and even prepared food they thought would sit well with me. When the doctor prescribed medication, they went and got the medication for me. All the staff were extremely helpful. They were always pleasant and friendly. You cannot go wrong here.

Hotel shambala is really nice .I always come here for breakfast with my friends and always enjoy delicious food and there service. Special thanks to Akesha, Roman, Sujan I know them from the start when I came here they always provide me special services.In this hotel all the staffs are really nice smily faces makes my day awesome. I recommend everyone to visit hotel shambala if they want better hospitality experience thank you for everything.

It was a pleasant experience with the shambala team. Especially the evening team at the restaurant Prajkta, Anjana, Sujan & Dipesh was simply outstanding. The service and hospitality was to the extreme level. The food was outstanding and we loved it.
Definitely would love to come again and that’s only because of the staff and the ambiance plus the hospitality.

It was my first stay in the hotel and now i can say a memorable one. Cloud 9 / the pool / the food everything amazing. Hospitality industry needs service which makes them stand different. The staff was so courteous and helpfull to attend all our request . SUJAN JENI ELIZA SUNDIP and ANUP were the one who attended us with all that sweet welcoming smile
